About

My life is my message to you.

Some lessons are best taught through the sharing of experience so I use my personal experiences to inspire and encourage you.

My goal is to empower you to be who you really are rather than who the world says you should be - boldly and unapologetically. Empowering you, empowers me.

I lead by example so you can see possibility and I live authentically so you’ll believe you can too.

I redefine what it means to be an Author and selfishly, writing is a method I use as therapy so I write what I need to say for me and am fortunate that others like you, engage and find it interesting.

I don’t do fluff and I believe in simplicity, so I hope you’ll feel at ease and relaxed as you engage with my content, courses, coaching, talks and books. One reader described her experience of reading The Worst Book I’ll Ever Write: “It was like sitting with Anny, eating a biscuit.” I don’t want to encourage biscuit eating, but hey, the jammy, cream-filled kind hit the spot one hundred percent of the time!

If you’re wandering through this life, trying to make sense of it all, committed to carving your own path, while still asking yourself what it’s all about - nice to meet you, we’ve got a lot in common! I’m Anny and I think you might be interested in some of the things I have to share.

What others say

“During the talk I felt as if you were talking about me personally … you have given me hope”

“Anny is one who speaks life into the potential and destiny of others. That has been the case for me and for that I am extremely grateful”

“I had experienced a serious betrayal from a close friend, which hurt me to my core. I felt myself drifting to a dark place of distrust for humanity. I didn’t get the clarity I needed until I spoke to Anny. Afterwards, I felt the ice that had encased my heart slowly begin to melt away. I was being restored with a new purpose.”

“Thank you for seeing my potential and not giving up on me”

“A discussion with Anny led to conversations with my supervisor and line manager and I enrolled to a couple of group facilitation trainings. I did not write much but Anny's insight moved the cogs and process began.

I cannot thank Anny enough for her internal power, enthusiasm, humility, endless wisdom, and a warm approach in the workshop and on the individual basis.”
