Speed - Practice the skill of getting straight in to your writing without overthinking and wasting time. Become productive and efficient at writing.
Stamina - Develop your ability to stick with an idea and line of thought to express all that you want and need to say.
Flow - Practice allowing your thoughts, perspective, words, feelings and opinions to pour out easily without overthinking or judging it.
Focus - Develop your ability to get in your writing zone and stay there, paying attention to your writing.
Content - Writers, write and create content. You’ll build a body of content that you can reflect on or use for any purpose your heart desires.
